Bibiana Peters
Bibiana Peters joined VTL in November 2008 from Rockdell Ltd, where she was the Financial Controller for the organization.
A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accounts in England and Wales as well as a graduate from Cardiff Business School (MBA), Bibiana is currently enrolled in the Chartered Institute of Financial Analyst (CFA) program.
With over 15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, she has grown alongside the company, starting as a Financial Controller to currently being the Chief Financial Officer of VTL UK Limited, where she has developed her experience of financial and technical accounting, tax, treasury, planning and M&A, as well as fast-tracking system development and the implementation of financial systems within VTL and its parent company, AITEO Group Oil & Gas.
Stuart MacLeod
Stuart graduated from Southampton University in the UK in Physics with Honours.
He began his career in Marketing and Sales and lived and worked in several different countries including UK, Iraq, Kuwait and UAE. During this time he learnt to operate successfully within multicultural markets and widely different jurisdictions.
His first role as a Managing Director came over 25 years ago in Nigeria for Fujitsu of japan. Whilst growing his first company many fold in terms of turnover and profit he also achieved a number of firsts including leading the company to become the first company to become ISO 9000 certified in Nigeria.
Subsequent to that he went on to set up new companies and manage existing companies for several multinationals in the UK, Africa and the Middle East. He established a string of new businesses in North Africa for Ericsson of Sweden whilst based in Cairo, Egypt and in the process laid down a series of commercial principles which were adopted by the Ericsson Group as models of good practice.
For the past 10 years he has been working with the Aiteo Group of Nigeria which, during this time has become established as one of the major indigenous crude oil producers in the whole of Africa as well as expanding into a number of other commercial sectors.
Currently he is putting his enormous experience of commerce and corporate governance to good effect through the membership of the boards of several companies as a director.
Adekemi Oyefusi Osoba

Sheyi Money
He possesses a Bachelors Degree in Geology from Delta State University, Nigeria and an MBA from London School of Business and Finance. He has over 10 years wealth of experience in trade finance and investment banking in the oil and gas sector.
He has participated in the structuring and funding of indigenous players in the marginal oil field sector. His working experience cuts across various top rated banks in Nigeria such as Citizens Bank, Zenith Bank, Eco Bank, FCMB and Union Bank where he rose to management position before joining VTL Group to execute the company's business development activities in Afria. Mr Sheyi Money is an experienced Oil and Gas enthusiast with specialty in Oil and Gas transactions and has attended many reputable local and international courses including various prestigious Oil & Gas finance programs.
Nelson Nkwenkam
Nelson is an energetic business consultant with 15 years experience gained at leading European digital, consulting and technology firms, including: Cap Gemini, DNA Consulting and Razorfish. With a strong commercial and analytical background, his knowledge of World-class business systems, processes and methodologies make him an intelligent choice for any SME seeking business support.
Throughout his career, Nelson has been inspired by, and become a staunch advocate of, the Research, Design and Development (RD&D) work of Matt and Gail Taylor. In 2012, he launched Tomorrow By Design International, an organisation committed to applying MG Taylor Systems and Methods to resolving issues that require immediate attention in Africa. This is achieved by applying the MG Taylor principles of Group Genius, where he harnesses the creativity, energy and resources of Africans in order to deliver long-term positive outcomes in Africa.
Nelson launched Showtime Studios LLP, a specialist digital marketing agency that serves African businesses in 2008. His work with SMEs extends through the full digital project life-cycle; from planning and interface design, through to user testing and support. Nelson is committed to helping African businesses create profitable online operations and offers full digital marketing training and education. Showtimes Studios LLP became Vercossa Ltd in 2013
Nelson is now based in Cameroon and provides organisational support and advisory services to companies interested in investing in the region.
